Your Most Requested Feature is Now Live on Bonanza

Bonanza has been built on the feedback that we consistently receive from our users via many different channels. No matter the source for feedback, a few things have remained the same. Firstly, our customers are the best source of feedback. You use the site every day and are dialed into what changes would benefit many. Secondly, feedback is not criticism, it's free advice. Thirdly, the process for implementing feedback does not need to be a complicated path. You tell us what you want, and if it makes sense we implement it, simple as that.

To show our thanks, we bring you our latest improvements courtesy of our most valuable asset, you:

Make the name of the booth searchable. Users can now use the main Bonanza search engine to search for a users booth name. Booth names will be indexed in the main search. Because booth names are not unique (meaning that more than one person can have the same booth name), we will show multiple results when need be. This feedback is courtesy of our feedback page on Bonanza.

Don't mark up shipping labels purchased on Bonanza. We have updated our shipping labels so there is zero markup for sellers who have a Gold Membership or higher (only fee charged is that which our credit card processor charges us, which can be minimized by depositing to your shipping label account in bulk). This feedback is courtesy of the Ecommercebytes Seller Survey.

New version of mobile app has been released. We have just released a new version of our mobile sellers app (read about the rollout here). This should resolve users reported with installation. We are still waiting on Apple to approve our iOS version. This feedback is courtesy of the feedback received directly to support.

Add more advertising. We have just added product feeds for Google Shopping Canada and Google Shopping India (to compliment our existing USA and UK feeds). To be included in these feeds, make sure you offer shipping to those countries and your have your Google Shopping feed active on Bonanza. This feedback is courtesy of all of our feedback channels.

Make it easier for users to find the Background Burner. After a burn pro member signs in, if they don't have a booth, they are redirected to their pro dashboard. The "Background Burner" link in the left sidebar on My Bonanza pages will automatically redirect pro users to their dashboard. The "My Bonanza" notices at the top of the "My Bonanza" page will show how many burns the user has completed in the last 24 hours, and clicking it will direct them to either their pro dashboard (for members) or their burn gallery (for non-pro users). What else are we working on? Being able to offer Live Support Chat on a full time basis is something that we plan to have in place by the end of March. We also are actively adding more programmers so that we can keep this rocket ship headed in the right direction.
