A perfect pair of 1950's horse hames with shiney brass balled tips, heavy cast iron hardware all complete and functional. the wood was usually oak or maple. this wood is perfect, well preserved in red paint and the cast iron is unrusted due to black paint. They weigh 4 pounds 6 ounces, measure 27 inches tall, 4 long, and 2 wide.marked Hames Co on back. used as collar supports or decor. presently folks use them to surround horse collar mirrors.
