Shipping policy

We are offering on all purchases over US$ 500
FREE worldwide FedEx Express shipping.
if purchase is paid within 10 days *

We also offer combine shipping for all items purchased from
our store over a period of 10 days.

• To RUSSIA, Africa, South America and various other countries we can ship via EMS ONLY ! Please ask for the shipping cost to these countries before bidding and buying.

We ship all items worldwide directly from our BALI office using for Expedited Shipping (FAST) FedEx Express and DHL or Economy International Shipping (very SLOW) by Registered Airmail. The winning bidder pays only the actual shipping cost. To some countries we can use only EMS and to some countries only DHL!

We pack everything carefully in very strong boxes and bubble wrap and charge only the real shipping cost we have to pay to FEDEX or to the post office for Registered Airmail. We don’t charge anything extra for packing.

The weight mentioned in our auction description is only for the item weight and does NOT include the weight of the shipping box and other packing materials.

International bidders are fully responsible for any duties and taxes in the country of import.

Please advise us how you would like to have the shipment customs declared.

International Buyers – Please Note:

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.
Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.
These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.
We do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as “gifts” – US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

All goods are not inclusive of shipping (free shipping only if stated), insurance, duty and other costs.

Please contact us with your complete address for an exact quotation of the shipping cost to your selected destination.

We offer also combine shipping for all items purchased from our eBay store & auction over a period of 10 days. Payment must be received at the end of the 10th day.

If you would like combine shipping, please inform us. If you make any payment via PayPal but would like us to hold your shipment, please make a note for us with your PayPal payment.

If there is no note on the PayPal payment the shipment will leave on the day we receive the payment or on the next working day if we receive the payment in the evening. We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

The buyer has to pay only one combined shipping fee for the total weight of all items and packing materials.

We are not responsible for a longer delivery time of SLOW Registered Airmail, the post office or courier services and also not for damaged or lost shipments

SHIPPING COST

VERY SLOW Economy International Shipping = shipping via Registered Airmail

We suggest Economy International Shipping via Registered Airmail only for items with a low dollar value (below US$ 50) and if you are willing to accept and wait for the longer delivery time.

FedEx Express serves your needs for more expensive items and fast delivery.

Registered Airmail does NOT provide any online tracking number and can only be traced via our local post office if the shipment does not arrive after 45 days.

Registered Airmail is shipped by the post office to the country of destination. From there your local post office takes over your shipment and will deliver with your regular mail (USPS in the USA).

Registered Airmail has low shipping rates but the shipping time is 10 to 30 days, but could even take much longer (especially to the USA, UK, Italy, France, Spain and several other countries it can take sometimes up to 6 weeks).

We suggest SLOW Economy Shipping via Registered Airmail only if you have time and you MUST be willing to wait for the long delivery time.

If you select to ship via Registered Airmail (= Economy International Shipping) it is automatically considered that you understood and accepted the long delivery time. We are not responsible for long delivery time of Registered Airmail.

We strongly suggest using FedEx Express, if you can not accept the long delivery time of Registered Airmail via the Post office.

If you prefer to use Registered Airmail, we do not accept any responsibility for late, lost or damaged shipments.

Larger packages are not permissible to be shipped with Registered Airmail.

Dimensions vary from country to country.

To some African, South American and various other countries we will ship via EMS (= Express Mail Service) ONLY !
Shipping to RUSSIA is only possible via EMS and the cost is US$ 29.50 !

Important note: We do not ship to ISRAEL

Larger volume shipping boxes and all weight over 1 kg will be shipped via FedEx only.

FAST Expedited International Flat Rate Shipping = shipping via FedEx Express ( or DHL if needed )

For shipments with a value of over US$ 50, we suggest shipping via FedEx Express only.

We have special discount shipping rates with FedEx. We pass these rates directly to our customers. For example a shipment of 500 grams (around 1 pound) will only cost US$ 22.50.

Combine as many items as you like in one shipment over a period of 10 days.

We prefer to ship via FedEx Express, as it is fast, secure and there are hardly any delays.

FedEx is charging the actual weight and for larger boxes the dimensional weight, if it is more than the actual weight: www.fedex.com
FedEx delivery time is FAST and takes usually 2 to 4 working days. You will receive an online tracking number.

FedEx needs your complete mailing address.
FedEx does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.
FedEx also needs your phone contact number.

Without your phone contact number FEDEX will NOT accept your shipment.

If you like to have a Fast and Secure Delivery, we suggest to use FedEx Express.

With a FedEx shipment you will receive an ONLINE TRACKING NUMBER which we will email to you as soon the shipment has left.

Important note: We do not ship to ISRAEL ( only if you are willing to pay the much higher cost for DHL shipping to Israel )

We will be happy to make a detailed shipping quotation for heavier shipments for you.

Return policy

If any item is different from what we stated in our description we will accept a return within a 7-days period after you received the item. In case of a return you have a choice of an exchange, credit or refund to your PayPal account (excl. shipping cost). Money refunds are made via PayPal only after we receive the returned item in its original condition. Please read all descriptions carefully before your purchase. Please request our return authorization before you send back any item.
