I also leave feedback upon receipt of payment. I do not withhold feedback until I see what kind of feedback you leave me. No feedback extortion here!
I actually have over 20,000 Positive feedbacks on eBay but they only import 5,000 of the positives here? Looks like they import all the negatives and neutrals though?

I try to keep my customers happy and a look at my feed back shows that most are happy. (well a few out of over 20,000 prefer to be unhappy no matter what is offered.)
As stated in my auctions, I do NOT offer USPS insurance. And for good reason, my mail is picked up daily from my studio and I do not have time to spend approximately one hour daily to drive to the post office and stand in line to purchase insurance for what is usually a very small dollar amount item or items. As part of my “If you’re not happy then I’m not happy” policy, if the USPS should destroy or lose your item/items I will replace or refund at your discretion. The USPS can not replace, I can, usually. Unlike others who still charge you the USPS rate for “self insurance” or “third party carrier insurance” I do not charge you for this added service. They are just keeping the money anyway. I am not sure that is really legal. I know our state’s Insurance Dept would want their cut of the premium dollars collected as well as annual fees, bonding, licensing etc., etc. The odds of the items not reaching you are slight and I am the one taking the risk if it should not. And you do not have to pay for that risk, or go through all the claim hassles with the USPS. If you paid for insurance it will be refunded with your purchase. Thank you
Wholesale and Volume Discounts
At this time I am working 7 days a week just trying to keep up with my “retail” sales. I can see no point to making more of something in order to sell it for less!?? So I don’t do wholesale.
I do however have several people who find my prices on some things low enough that they buy several at a time and resell them in their stores or boutiques. Remember the shipping is free if the purchases are over $50.
So until I can find more time or adopt some third world orphans who will work for porridge I won’t be doing wholesale as such.
