Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Payment
We prefer Google Check-Out! Checks, money orders and PayPal are also accepted. You may also call us during business hours to pay with a credit or debit card by phone.

Shipping
Plant shipments generally are shipped via USPS Priority Mail on Tuesday or Wednesday during planting season for your zone. Actual ship dates vary with weather conditions, including temperatures, in your area and ours.
Seeds and other items are usually shipped within 48 hours after your cleared payment has been received.

Guarantee
We want you to be happy with your online plant purchase, plants are carefully selected and orders are packed with care. Please open your box as soon as possible and check your plants immediately. If there is a problem, please notify us right away.
We only ask that you be fair and not expect us to replace plants or issue refunds on plants that were fine when you received them, but that have declined due to circumstances beyond our control. A very low percentage of plants fail to thrive no matter how careful we are at planting.
