We offer a free shipping option on all our items being shipped within the United States.
We do ship internationally and offer various USPS shipping options including First Class, Priority and Expedited Mail services.
Purchases are normally shipped within 1 business day.
For the holidays or any gift giving occasions we offer free gift wrapping and don’t forget about one day shipping for last minute shoppers!
We offer free shipping on as many items as possible for purchases that are being shipped within the United States. For large items or ones that weigh over 3 pounds, we use calculated shipping which will give the buyer different options.
Free shipping will always be sent via the least expensive form of shipment, but upgrading your service is always optional for an additional fee. See the item description for all available options and if you wish to upgrade, please message us and wait for us to change the shipping before purchasing the item.
Our policy is to ship all purchases that are paid for on Monday through Friday on the following day.
Purchases paid for on Saturdays and Sundays will be shipped on Monday.
We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship all of our items.
Domestically, shipping is sent either first class, priority, or parcel post. We purchase tracking on all shipments and will provide you with the tracking number so that you may track your order on usps.com
Allow the following number of business days from date of shipment for your item to arrive:
3 for Priority
5 for First-Class
6 for Parcel Post
Internationally, almost all items are sent via first class mail unless the item weighs more than 4 pounds in which case priority mail will be used. Unfortunately, neither type of shipping allows for tracking of the package, but both are still very reliable forms of shipment.
All taxes and VAC charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are NOT included in shipping price!
Delivery times vary widely for international packages, so please allow for up to 3 weeks for first class packages to arrive and 10 business days for priority packages to arrive. Our business is based on the East Coast of the United States and delivery times are usually dependent on how far the destination country is from our location.
We also offer Express Mail for an added fee. If you wish to use this service, please contact us before purchasing an item so that we may quote you a price and estimated delivery time.
We allow for returns up to 30 days from the customer receiving their item(s).
We offer full money back refunds on the purchase value of our items, but be aware that all shipping costs are the responsibility of you, the buyer, unless the reason for the return was a mistake made on our part.
If you wish to return your item, please follow the following steps:
1. Make sure that the item is in the same condition it was in when it arrived, including original tags if applicable. Items must be in the same condition as they were when they were received if they are to be returned.
2. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org and please make sure to include the word â€˜returnâ€™ in the subject line. Include inside the e-mail a brief description of the item being returned as well as the reason for the return.
3. If you are in the United States, you must purchase delivery confirmation on the return package for your return to be accepted. This costs about $0.20 in most locations, and please provide us with the tracking number in your return e-mail.
4. Allow up to 7 days from when we receive your return for us to process it and refund your money.
