Payment is expected within 7 days. We accept postal money orders (no party stores please), personal checks w/ id., and paypal. Items paid by check or money order must clear the bank first. We generally ship out items within a 24 hour business day. Please note that we do charge a $35.00 non-sufficient check fee if payment does not clear. We always let you know that payment has been received and when item is shipped. We use USPS, UPS on larger heavier items and can also check with Fex Ex. to get you the best shipping price.Insurance will be required on any item sold for 25.00 or more and for those items that are obviously breakable. Generally once your payment has cleared we ship out within a 24 hour business period. If we cannot make this deadline we will contact you immediately. Always remember around the holidays that shippers sometimes get backlogged.

When you “checkout” you are actually submitting an offer to the seller for the item.
After you click “checkout” it should a offer summary screen.
Click on every little edit balloon you see – you will be offered the choice of Paypal or Money Order, if you wish to pay by a check, just use the money order balloon
Choose the payment type you will ‘offer’ to pay with. A large red check mark will appear when you select something different from the drop down list.
You then click the red check mark to set the offer to whichever method you selected in the drop down box.

If you want to do make it really easy. Just contact us with your email address,give us your zip code, tell us what you want and your choice of payment. We’ll check each mode of shipping for you to get the best price and will send you the invoice. Then just pay and we’ll get it right out!!
