Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

Packages mailed to US addresses will include delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional, please email for pricing.

International buyers, please email for shipping quote.

Shipping policy

I ship within 1-2 business days of receiving payment. Most items are shipped via USPS. For heavier and bulkier packages, I use Fedex Ground.

Return policy

Returns are allowed with full refund ONLY for items that are significantly not as described.

For all other reasons (e.g., buyer does not know how to use item, item does not fit, wrong color, too late for the occasion, buyer changed his mind, etc.), buyer is responsible for return shipping, and refund will be for purchase amount only. Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all accessories, documents, original box and packing materials.

Miscellaneous details

Shipping for multiple purchases will be combined. Please wait for the revised invoice, and send a single payment for all the items. If payment has been made, shipping overage will be refunded via same payment method.
