Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
Booth overview
I have unique, one of a kind bracelets, necklace sets, pendants and watches. I use quality materials: Swarovski crystals, gemstones, glass and sterling silver. If you do not see your size or color, I do custom beading which tailored to your taste.
All earrings can be converted to posts or levers for an additional small charge.
Customer service is very important to me, top priority. If you have any questions about any of my handmade jewelry, please contact me at jazzybeads23@gmail.com.
Shipping policy
Shipping is by USPS and a delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you feel insurance is necessary before purchase. All items over $25 are insured.
I will combine shipping on multiple items purchased at one time.
Return policy
I accept returns within 30 business days at the buyer’s expense if the jewelry is defective or you are not happy with the product. Please contact me before shipping. If a bracelet does not fit, I will accept exchanges or credit your account. I will bead the bracelet to fit your wrist size for an additional $5, cost of additional beads and findings plus shipping.
Miscellaneous details
All items have sterling silver findings including the clasps. The only exception are the sports jewelry beads and charms which are silver plated.
A pretty organza gift bag is included with all purchases.
