Shipping policy

We pride ourselves on our customer service, so items are shipped within 3 business days after payment has cleared.

Shipping charge includes USPS delivery confirmation. Although we take great pride and use extreme care when packaging, we always offer insurance as an extra security feature. We encourage buyers to purchase insurance, especially for items that are breakable, as we have no control over the package once it has been relinquished to the shipper.

Return policy

If the purchased item is significantly different than what was described by us in the ad, the Buyer shall have 3 days, from the day the item is received, to notify us by email of their intent to return the item for a full refund. The buyer bares the responsibility for the cost of returning the item . No refund will be provided after the item has been in the possession of the buyer for more than 3 days!!

Once we receive the item back and inspect it to confirm it is in it’s original condition, we will then provide a full refund within 3 business days.
