I work to provide clear and quality pictures so you can see what your getting. I value my customer and I would appreciate your business. I will work real hard to make it a very pleasant transaction for you. I try to ship items out within 12 hours of payment with the exception of Saturday, Sunday and Holidays. All items Shipped Insured and with Delivery Confirmation Number.

Return policy

EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICIES: We offer a 3 day return/refund policy If I have stated something in error. If my description is wrong I will refund your money LESS the shipping. I will not refund for any other reasons. I try to state all the info correctly, but sometimes it does happen.

If for some reason I do refund, you may send item back (at buyers expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee. No shipping fees will be refunded. Return order must be in the same condition as received. If an item received was damage or defective, please notify seller within 5 days of receipt of item. Defective items can only be exchanged for same identical item only. Buyer must return defective item back to seller before a replacement item can be ship out. Prior to returning any order, buyer must contact seller via email for authorization. Do not call, email only to create a record of request. All return orders must include your NAME, ADDRESS, BONANZE ITEM NUMBER AND A BRIEF REASON FOR THE RETURN ORDER. Buyers must pay their return shipping charges. We will not process a return order without this required info. RETURNS MUST BE INSURED AND HAVE A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION NUMBER. The buyer has 10 calendar days contacting seller to return item and provide proof of Insurance and delivery confirming that the item has been returned.
