EXCHANGE / RETURN POLICIES: We offer a 3 day return/refund policy If I have stated something in error. If my description is wrong I will refund your money LESS the shipping. I will not refund for any other reasons. I try to state all the info correctly, but sometimes it does happen.If for some reason I do refund, you may send item back (at buyers expense) for refund. Item will be refunded less 20% restocking/service fee. No shipping fees will be refunded. Return order must be in the same condition as received. The buyer has 10 calendar days contacting seller to return item and provide proof of Insurance and delivery confirming that the item has been returned.
