Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Refund Policy

Your 100% satisfaction is our goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original and unused condition within 14 days of receiving your merchandise for a refund. Some exclusions do apply. The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging or the refund is forfeited. All tags and labels, including the orange shipping tags attached to the item prior to shipping, must be in their original locations. Refund amounts will be issued in the amount of the product cost only. Shipping and handling costs or additional surcharges are non-refundable and non-exchangeable; the customer is responsible for shipping charges on item exchanges.

*All items sold are marked with either a 1/2" Foil Numbered Security Sticker or an orange tag. Any tampering, damage or removal of the security sticker or orange tag voids any Returns or Refunds.

Please contact Mixed Bag Trading prior to shipping a return for an Return Authorization Number.

Exclusions:
Mixed Bag Trading does not accept returns for any reason on intimate items, intimate clothing, personalized items, items out of the original package, items that have been used or are not in their original condition, items that do not have original inventory tags intact, items with missing or moved orange shipping tags, clearance items or items that reference specific events such as a specific concert or sporting event, etc. The sale on these items is final and non-refundable.

Returns are shipped at the customer’s expense which includes any costs to insure the package. Mixed Bag Trading is not responsible for returns lost in shipping or damages resulting from return shipments by the customer or customer’s shipping carrier.
