Refund / Replacement / Repair Policy
xperts stands behind every product we sell, and as such, 30 days WARRANTY ON ALL purchases, the customer assumes full responsibility for shipping us the item. Unopened items may be returned to xperts and are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Opened items MUST have ALL accessories, including but not limited to: harnesses, wires, manuals, packaging, remotes, etc. and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS ON INSTALLED ITEMS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
If you receive a defective item, it is your responsibility to contact us within 21 days after receiving your item so as to setup a return authorization. It is the customers responsibility to ship the defective item to xperts and cover all associated shipping costs in getting the defective product to us. The defective item MUST be received within 30 days from the purchase date to be covered by our warranty.
Any refund/replacement/warranty claim requires an approved RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any item shipped to xperts for refund/replacement/repair without an approved RMA number will be returned to the buyer at the buyers cost. We will not be responsible for repairing, replacing, or returning any items sent to xperts without an approved RMA number if the buyer refuses to cover the cost of return shipping.
Any item returned for warranty and found to be free from defect will be subject to a $25 testing fee.
xperts will replace or repair the defective item at our discretion.
xperts warrants products to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of 30 days from the purchase date. Should service be necessary under this warranty for any reason due to manufacturing defect or malfunction during the warranty period, xperts will repair or replace (at its discretion) the defective merchandise with equivalent merchandise at no charge apart from shipping costs to our company. Warranty replacements may have cosmetic scratches and blemishes. Discontinued products may be replaced with more current equivalent replacement products or store credit will be given if no replacement model is available. The amount of store credit will be equivalent to the most recent listed price of the product.
This warranty is valid only for the ORIGINAL PURCHASER and is not extended to owners of the product subsequent to the original purchaser. Any applicable implied warranties are limited in duration to a period of the express warranty as provided herein beginning with the date of the original purchase at retail, and no warranties, whether express or implied, shall apply to this product thereafter. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties; therefore these exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights; however you may have other rights that vary from state to state.
Refused Shipment Policy
If a shipment is refused by the recipient, xperts will withhold the charges associated with the cost of shipping the item to the customer in addition to the cost of shipping the item back to Xperts. If you don’t intend to pay for the item you order, we would strongly advise you to avoid placing an order with Xperts altogether.
