Shipping policy

All merchandise is shipped within 48 hours of clear payment via the postal service or UPS. Shipping methods available for each item are indicated within each listing. We ship to the entire United States and internationally. We gladly ship APO/FPO. We always have, and we always will!

Return policy

Returns/Exchanges will be accepted for 30 days from Receipt date. Please contact us by phone at 623-393-0456 or e-mail at 4Horses@RusticRanchTack.com for Return Authorization. Only purchase price will be refunded. Returns made after 30 days from Receipt will be subject to a 10% restocking charge. All returned merchandise must be in new and sellable condition with original packaging and/or tags attached. Damaged/defective merchandise must be reported to us within 14 days of Receipt date.
