Shipping policy
All jewelry pieces are ready to ship. Items are shipped via USPS First Class mail.
Please allow 1-2 days before your item is shipped.
If you require faster shipping, please contact me so I may setup a custom listing to include express shipping rates.
Return policy
All sales are FINAL due to the handmade nature of my items. Unless there is severe damage to the jewelry itself, I will gladly replace it after I am contacted and the original purchase is returned within 3 days via reputable carrier of your choice with Delivery Confirmation.
“Buyers’ Remorse” or “Change of Heart” for ANY reason are NOT grounds for a refund or replacement. The buyer has ample time to inquire and decide on the item that is listed in the store, so please exercise good judgment BEFORE placing your order and ask questions if unsure. I am happy to answer any question you have, and will respond promptly.
