In such cases, please notify me no later than 24 hours upon receiving the item through the mail. At that point, please contact the professional authentication service. When the final opinion is made, please forward me a copy of correspondence as well as the authentication service’s contact information.
A refund (less shipping fees & listing fees) will be issued no later than ten business days when all conditions have been met.
The item must be mailed back using the same carrier and must include tracking, confirmation service and insurance covering the value of the package. Please e-mail me the tracking information.
