Payment is expected within 7 days.
We accept postal money orders (no party stores please), personal checks with/ id., paypal, and google checkout.
Items paid by check or money order must clear the bank first, this can take 7-10 business days. Google payments seem to take 2-3 business days to clear.
We generally ship out items within a 24 hour business day.
Please note that we do charge a $35.00 non-sufficient check fee if payment does not clear.
We always let you know that payment has been received and when item is shipped with estimated date of delivery and tracking info.
We use USPS, UPS and FedEx. We always look for best means of shipping for you in order to save you $$.
Insurance will be required on any item – that is for your protection and ours..
Generally once your payment has cleared we ship out within a 24 hour business period. If we cannot make this deadline we will contact you immediately. We will give you the expected date of delivery that your shipper has given us. Once they have it, it’s up to them to make their quoted times. Always remember around the holidays that shippers sometimes get backlogged.
We do combine shipping.

As far as how we package, we do not package lightly in order to save a dollar. Most items will be double boxed. We pride ourselves on getting your purchase shipped out almost immediately, safely and that it will arrive in one piece. Insurance is required on all items for your protection and ours.
When you make a purchase we always email an acknowledgement, and then email again when the item has been shipped to give you all the delivery information. If you use Paypal or Google CheckOut the information will be logged there as well.

Return policyAs a responsible buyer it is up to you to ask all questions prior to buying. We provide as many pictures as possible so always super size photos for greatest details. All sales are considered final unless we ascertain that we have grossly and unintentionally misrepresented our item. IF in the event an item is approved for return, it must be shipped back immediately in same condition, via same delivery method, insurance and packaged the way we sent it. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
