Welcome to my booth, I’m Jan. I am proud to have 100% positive feedback both on my imported feedback and on Bonanza. As you can see by the number of badges under “My Profile”, I am an active member of the community at Bonanza.

If you see an OBO on the item page it means “OR BEST OFFER”. I do accept reasonable offers on many of the items I have listed. If you want to make an offer, just let me know. Sometimes it is easier for me to change the price on the item in my booth to your offer price so you can do a Buy It Now, than for you to have to figure out the checkout and make an Offer.

I used to enjoy going to Garage and Estate Sales, I guess you could say it was my hobby, but that was many years ago. I recently lost my Mom, who lived with us, and many of the jewelry items belonged to her and to other relatives. I am also beginning to list jewelry I no longer wear from my younger days. You will find a variety of items in the booth and I am always adding new treasures so please check back often. Most of my items are vintage and should be expected to have normal age wear (like you and me, which only adds to our charm). There is a saying that best describes vintage items; “if you like new, vintage is not for you!” Please keep in mind that I am not an expert on every item presented. My descriptions are as I see them and the photos are true to the item you are looking at. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask!

Shipping policy

I ship the same or next available day for all items and take the packages to the Post Office personally. I let you know when the item is shipped and send you the Tracking/Confirmation Delivery Number. Tracking is included in the shipping price on all items. Items valued at over $20.00 will also be insured. I only ship to the United States, it’s not that I wouldn’t like to ship outside the states, but in the past I have run into problems so I no longer ship internationally. Items will be sent 1st Class Mail, Priority, Standard Post or Media Mail depending on the item and the best shipping cost. If you choose to have an item sent by a more expensive shipping method than I have selected you have the option of upgrading for the additional service. The Buyer pays for shipping unless posted otherwise. I ship Green using recycled boxes and packaging materials.

Return policy

I want you to be satisfied with your purchase. I pack all items carefully. Jewelry is packaged in a box, not an envelope. This may be a bit more expensive, but I want the item to arrive safely. Paper items, brochures, etc. are packaged between cardboard in a large envelope. If there is a problem with your purchase, please contact me by email or phone within 2 days of delivery of your item to work out a solution or to arrange for a return and a refund of the purchase price. The item must be returned via the original carrier (unless agreed otherwise in writing), in its original packaging, and must be received in the same condition as when it was shipped to you. Delivery tracking and Insurance is required. After I verify the returned item is as originally sent, I will issue a full refund within 2 days. If an item is damaged during the shipping it will be handled on an individual basis (I haven’t had one damaged yet).
