Shipping policy

UNITED STATES: Shipping is calculated per buyer’s location. Mailing services consist of standard post which takes 4 to 9 days; priority mail 2 to 3 days; first class mail 2 to 5 days; media mail 2 to 9 days; UPS ground 2 to 6 days. Note that mail runs in business days rather than days.
NOTE Carriers do occasionally take longer than expected on delivery times.
United States packages ship with a tracking number included.

INTERNATIONAL to Australia, Canada, Germany, Japan and the United Kingdom: Shipping is calculated per buyer’s location for some listings, other listings require contact for a shipping quote prior to purchase. Occasionally a listing will not be available for international, in which case this will be kindly stated underneath the description of the listing.
Packages ship as first class package service international mail which take approximately 9 to 14 business days to reach your country but may actually take longer to reach you if held up by customs, rare occasions up to 6 weeks.
Any tariffs, taxes, etc, are the responsibility of the buyer. Packages are not shown as being sold for less since this is illegal.

All other international countries: Please email for a shipping quote prior to purchase.

BOTH the UNITED STATES and INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS: I ship within 2 to 3 business days. If you need your package shipped out sooner, please email and I may possibly be able to honor your request. Purchases made on a Thursday or Friday will ship the following Monday. I will email you once your package has shipped. Likewise, if you need a speedier shipping service, please email for a shipping quote along with your shipping preference and adjustments will be made to the listing with the cost of shipping rising.

COMBINED SHIPPING: Shipping on multiple purchases automatically combines for the USA at checkout. Once in a while it is required that a buyer confirm with me that a listing can be combined with other purchases due to fragility, weight and/or dimensions, which will be stated under the Combined Shipping heading within that listing.

However, there are also special circumstances when purchasing medial mail listings with first class mail listings in that they will not properly combine and calculate at checkout in the same purchase order. Please email ahead of time if you wish to purchase a media mail listing and a first class mail listing.

Note that you are able to purchase media mail with other media mail and the listings will calculate properly in the same purchase order. Same as first class mail with other first class mail listings in the same purchase, those will calculate properly. Priority, parcel post and media mail calculate properly together as well. Priority, parcel post and first class mail calculate properly as well also. But if you would like to purchase a media mail listing with a first class mail listing, please email for a combined shipping quote prior to purchase.

You might be asking what is media mail?
Media Mail is used for books, film, manuscripts, printed music, printed test materials, sound recordings, play scripts, printed educational charts, loose-leaf pages and binders consisting of medical information, videotapes, and computer-recorded media like CDs and diskettes. Media Mail cannot contain advertising.

NOTE All international buyers, please email for a combined shipping quote prior to purchase if interested in more than one listing.

SHIPPING INSURANCE: Insurance is included on purchases that total $34.98 or more, which does include the cost of shipping. So say if you have a listing that costs $24.99 and shipping is $9.99 this would equal to $34.98. For a total purchase of $34.97 or under, I will be more than glad to factor in the cost of $1.75 for the United States and $2.00 international into your purchase.
In this case, if you would like to purchase shipping insurance, please email me your desire to purchase this coverage. I will make adjustments accordingly, email you that it has been added, and then you are free to make the purchase and proceed to check out.

Return policy

First and foremost, please always contact me for instructions on returns when the condition of an item (s) given in the listing fails to represent the same upon arrival to you.

Refunds are only given if I have grossly described an item in error. However, it is also my policy that the buyer email me within 48 hours from receiving the item. If contact has been made by that time and it is determined that I have grossly described the item in error, I will send a shipping label within 10 days to you for the package to be returned to me within 14 business days (3 weeks for international) from the time that you receive the shipping label. It is required that USA buyers purchase shipping insurance and a delivery confirmation number from the USPS when sending the package back to me and that I am notified of the delivery confirmation number by email.

Once the package has been received by me and if after a thorough examination the item (s) is in the same condition as when sent, I will refund you within 2 business days or send a replacement out within 3 business days. In this case, please allow the allotted time that the shipping carrier expresses to receive the package depending on the type of shipping service that was used. The refund amount would include the original price of the item plus shipping for both ways, insurance and the delivery confirmation number that you purchased when sending the package back to me.

Occasionally I will have a listing that is marked in AS IS condition within the description in which i do not offer any returns on these types of listings.

For products that have to be opened and played to ensure that they work properly, it is clear that they cannot be returned back to me sealed or stored in the package as when purchased, but please do include all original packing materials when sending the products back to me.

If an exact duplicate is on hand, I offer this rather than a refund. Usually though I carry no duplicates on hand.

It is totally my concern to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please email with any problems.
