Return policy:
All Returns must be made within 30 days of receipt in original packaging. Buyer must notify seller before return. Buyer pays postage for return items.

Are the fabrics suitable for Children’s Sleepware?
Our fabrics do not meet standards for the flammability of children’s sleepwear.

Can an international package customs forms be marked as a gift?
No, this is illegal. All packages shipped out of the United States include a customs form with true value amounts and content.Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what the additional costs are.

Can items be picked up in our Downtown Seattle store?
No. These are 2 separate businesses.

Are Washington State Residents required to pay sales tax?
Yes, all Washington state residents must pay 9.5% King County Sales tax. As required by state law, sales tax is also calculated on shipping and handling charges.

When can I expect my package to be shipped?
Items are shipped the next business day once payment has cleared.

How do I purchase more than 1 yard of fabric?
Please email us and we will adjust the quantity field when less than 1 yard is available. None of our fabrics are pre-cut and will come in one continuous piece!
