Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

A Child’s Treasure Place caters to parents and grandparents of young children and early childhood professionals. This booth offers new and used children’s literature and educational materials most suited for ages 0 – 8. Quality literature with Christian text is also sold here.

Shipping policy

Shipping to United States addresses is a flat $3.50 for all children’s books. Shipping is a flat $10.00 to Canada. Shipping for over-sized teacher big books is a flat $4.00 and a flat $11.00 to Canada. If the Canada flat rate is more than necessary, I will issue you a refund. All additional items combine ship for one penny each. The more you buy, the more you save on shipping. Delivery confirmation is included for all United States addresses. After the first listing, all additional items combine for 1 penny each. I use bubble padded waterproof mailers. Cardboard supports are included for paperback books. Larger orders are placed in padded boxes with waterproof covers.

You can expect careful, safe, and fast service within 24 hours or the next business day. I will automatically insure orders that amount to 100 dollars or over. Books will be sent using the media mail rate unless expediated shipping is requested prior to payment.

Freebies placed in the cart exceeding the buy one, get one policy will not be shipped. Free shipping is for earned freebies, per number of listings purchased. If there are unearned freebies on the invoice, they will unfortunately not be sent with your order. Please make sure your number of freebies selected matches your number of items purchased in that there is not a cap in the cart to prevent endless freebies from being added. It is all an honor system. Thank you.

Return policy

My goal is to have honest and kind business practices. Please ask any questions before choosing to pay. Although errors are very rare and not intentional I am always willing to work with you by offering a replacement or refund. I do not participate in partial refunds. Reimbursement of initial and return shipping charges will occur upon safe return of the item (and any freebies with purchase), in original packaging. Please choose freebies carefully in that they cannot be exchanged.

Miscellaneous details

Mail orders may be completed through Checkout by Amazon, Google Checkout, PayPal, or USPS Money Order. I do not have a preference. Please use whatever payment method you feel most comfortable with. If you choose to send a USPS Money Order, please click “Other Payment Option” at check-out. When the Money Order is received, the sale will be marked as paid, and your order will be mailed to you immediately. USPS Money Orders should be received within 7 business days. Thank you.

A USPS Money Order or Cash can be accepted at the following LOCAL PICK-UP places: The South Gastonia YMCA on Union Road; The NC Army National Guard Building on Robinwood Road, Gastonia. If another Gaston County public pick-up place would be more convenient for you, please make a suggestion.
