First of all I want to Thank You for taking time out of your busy day to visit my booth and read a little about me. You will find lots of glass art items that are unique, original and made by me personally. NO after market or mass produced items will be found in my booth.
If you can’t find that special item your looking for I may be able to still help you. I can customize most items to your liking. Contact me with all your details and I will answer back to you in a timely manner.
Your purchase will be shipped in 3 to 5 business days from date of purchase. I ship USPS and UPS Ground USPS. Depending on the size of the purchase will determine which shipping method will be used. You will be notified of the shipping date, time of arrival and the tracking number.
I guarantee all my products to be top quality and free from any defects or damage. If you are unhappy with your purchase I will gladly exchange or refund your money. Contact me with in 3 business days explaining why you are unhappy with your purchase. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to shipping damage.
