Welcome to Caramel Belle! We are honored and priviledged to have quality customers like you purchase our products. We strive to ensure that your experience here is fun, easy, and a memorable one. We have been providing quality toys, clothing (0-100) and much more throughout the Atlanta area for more than ten years via both internet, and local sales. We are very excited about bringing our business to Bonanza, and hope to see you often.
As a part of our business model, we offer fun contests and giveaways, customized shopping experiences (personal shopping – JUST ASK US HOW), gift wrap services, local consignment, local pick-up, featured products and designers, and much more! We strive to not only meet your expectations, but exceed them. We believe that previously loved items are a benefit to us all: by providing quality merchandise at affordable prices, saving our earth by recycling products that have much more life left, and by allowing our customers the zeal of the deal!

Shipping policy

Local pick-up is ALWAYS warmly ACCEPTED.
We are located in the Dunwoody area.
One of our representatives, (if not Caramel Belle herself), will meet you with your packaged product(s).
Our return policy is the same for local and shipped products, so please review accordingly.
Local pick-up orders have a $25.00 minimum. Pre-Payment with PAYPAL & CASH only. Thank you in advance for your understanding.

Most of our products are shipped via USPS. We strive to provide accurate weights on all of our items, as well as varied shipping options to ensure the best experience for you, our valued customer.

We are happy to combine shipping on multiple item orders. There is a $1.00 discount on shipping, per item. Contact us prior to check-out for additional details, if needed.

If you would prefer FedEx or UPS, or require faster shipping due to an upcoming birthday, baby shower, or special occasion or event, do not hesitate to let us know, and we are happy to help!
Our gift wrap options are very affordable, at only $2.00 per item, with choice of bow and wrap colors and styles (options will vary contingent upon availability), plus any additional weight added to ship items. Please let us know prior to placing your order if possible.

We provide delivery confirmation for all purchases, for the peace of mind of you, our customer. We recommend insurance for customers who have had issues previously with packages (in general) for all purchases. Customer assumes all liability for packages beyond what we can provide via delivery confirmation with no insurance chosen. (However, we will do everything we can to ensure your items reach their intended destination.) Purchases over $50 receive complimentary insurance.

We apologize, but all first time customer orders must be shipped to PayPal registered addresses.

Return policy

Congratulations, you have just received an order from Caramel Belle! We thank you, as always for your patronage! Should you have any issues, and require assistance with returns, be advised:

-All items should come individually packaged, with price tags. Please leave tags on all items, as this is REQUIRED for returns.

Good & Fair Condition Items are NON RETURNABLE, and NON-REFUNDABLE. Thank you in advance for your understanding. Please review our condition guide prior to checkout.

If at ANY time, an item is different than described, we extend our apologies. We make every conscious effort to describe items accurately. Please send a photo of the discrepancy with the item flaw/issue to our email address, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible: with either a full or partial refund. (Shipping costs are not included.) In most instances, it can be a hassle to our clients to return items, so we only require them in the most extreme cases (item is completely inoperable, wrong item was shipped, etc.) Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, but if issues are determined to be our error, we will be happy to refund you a portion or all of your purchase upon item receipt.
All item issues must be reported within 48 hours (2 days) of package receipt.

Miscellaneous details

Below is a guide to help understand item/product condition guidelines:

Excellent Condition – Item is new, or in almost new condition. Has one (if any) flaw, and is minimal.

Great Condition – Item shows minimal signs of wear (i.e. slight piling, unnoticable marks, etc.).

Good Condition – Item shows minimal to significant signs of wear/use, noted in both description and/or photos. Item may also have no visible issues, just an older model or style.

Fair Condition – Signs of wear/use are apparent in item, and will be valued as such.

Please feel free to contact us at any time to inquire about more details on an item prior to checkout. We want YOUR happiness and POSITIVE feedback. We will make every attempt to describe items accurately. Our environment is a smoke and pet free zone, however, due to our consignment base, we cannot guarantee this with all items.

ALL payments must be made for shipped items within three days of purchase, otherwise items will be placed back in store. Two days for LOCAL pick-up.
