Return policy
Satisfaction GUARANTEED! Miss Kitty knows it is hard to buy items with just our great photos and a witty description. So while we will gladly refund the cost of the item(s) for any reason, the return shipping charges are your responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% of the cost of the item will be deducted from the refund. In the rare event that there is an error in the listing, we will refund cost + return shipping. All refunds must be pre-arranged and must be returned to me within 3 days of your delivery. Thanks for understanding.
