For returns please contact me first — on returns, If you are not wanting the item (the buyer pays all shipping fees). Needs to be returned brand new (DO NOT REMOVE TAGS), must be in Brand new, unopened selling condition! There is a 20% RESTOCKING Fee on all non-defective returns and buyer will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Original shipping costs are also non-refundable. On items with “Free Shipping” will be deducted actual shipping costs (shipping is worked into price). Must be returned in the original box with all original contents or return WILL be DENIED. If item is broken or damaged by shipping we will assist in filing a claim. and we will either replace it or refund you.
IF ITEM IS DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED PLEASE NOTIFY US FIRST WE WILL NEED PICTURES OF THE DAMAGED ITEM AND WE MAY NEED IT RETURNED TO US SO DO NOT DISCARD THE PRODUCT.

Returns and Exchanges: 30 day only exchange/return policy.
Items must have original packaging and paperwork to be eligible for a refund or exchange within 30 days. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Items altered by the customer may not be returned or exchanged. A restocking fee will be charged a 10% per item.
Items received within 30 days of original ship date will receive credit (with any applicable taxes) to the original payment method less shipping and handling charges.
Refunds can take up to four weeks to process. For credit card orders, please allow two statements for credit to appear.
Please contact us for a return authorization number first and request for address to return. When returning the item please provide tracking number.
Returns are accepted only on brand new, unused in original packaging.
