Shipping policy

Shipping within USA

Items will be shipped within 2 to 3 days of the purchase date and will be ship first class with delivery confirmation by the United States Post office. Delivery time is about 2 – 3 days (sometimes 4) depends where the item will be delivered. If you want your items to be deliver priority or next day delivery, please contact me for shipping prices. Packages do not include insurance, so I recommend that you add insurance on orders over $100.00. Once the packages leave my shop I am not responsible for lost packages without insurance.

International Shipping

Items will be shipped withing 2 – 3 days of purchase date and ship by USPS, first class international. You don’t get a delivery confirmation with this only a custom tracking#. Delivery time depends on the country of destination. It might take up to 3 weeks for Canada and 6 weeks for other countries depending on postal service in that country. . I will not be responsible for postal delays, losses, or customs problems with the package. If you need your item to arrived before the estimated time, I do offer International priority mail (6 -10 days) or Express mail international (3 – 5 days) and insurance for the package at an extra charge. Please contact me if you need this service.Once the packages leave my shop I am not responsible for lost packages without insurance.

Delivery on wholesale items takes about 2 weeks depending on the size of the order.

Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Earrings, custom orders and wholesale orders are the only items that can not be exchange or refund because of personal hygiene.

Other items can be exchange within 3 days from time the item was received and sent to us in the same package receive in good conditions unused and unworn. It can be exchange only with an item of equal value or items that total the item you are returning less shipping and discounts. Items that are sent damage or after 3 days of delivery , will not be consider for an exchange. The cost of returning the item(s) to us is your responsibility and new shipping charges for sending the item(s) will be apply.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
