If you have any questions, please ask! All items are hand-made with care in a smoke-free environment, although we do have short-haired cats. All known materials are given in each listing as well (occasionally I purchase components in mixed packages and might not be sure of the exact material used in a given finding—-if I am, it will be listed). I look forward to sharing these lovely items with you!

Bookmarks tend to be “modeled” inside of books; these books are not included in the sale. Whenever hairsticks are modeled in someone’s hair, the picture is of a sample pair, not the pair that you’ll receive—-look at the other pictures or the description for more information about the actual item for sale. (The pair you’ll receive will not have been worn by anyone.)

Shipping policy

Items ship by US Postal Service with delivery confirmation, most commonly by first class mail.

I take great care to pack items so that they’ll arrive at your home in the same condition they left mine, and sometimes use recycled boxes and packing materials (which helps to keep shipping costs down).

Items ship within 3 business days after receiving cleared payment, but I try to send them out on the next business day if at all possible.

Return policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact me within 7 days of receipt. When I have received the item back, I will issue a full refund (except for shipping costs).
