Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
We sell model trains. We sell parts for trains. We have some electronic stuff too.
We ship to anywhere and the United States at the rates advertised on each item. Additional items in the same order ship for one cent. Orders outside the United States are shipped at a cost based on weight. Contact me for a quote. Items generally ship by the USPS with one to three days, but may be delayed due to holidays. Books, manuals and magazines etc may be shipped by envelope, all other items ship by box.
Items may be returned for refund within 14 days of payment. The payment date is on the slip included with your order. Please contact me before returning the item so that I can know to expect it in the mail. Refunds will be paid through PayPal, regardless of the original method of payment.
If there was an error in the listing, or you received the wrong item from me, I will also refund the shipping charges, both those paid with your purchase as well as your postage cost of returning the items. Any money paid to cover return shipping charges will be either equal to the amount I originally charged for shipping, or your actual cost of postage if it is greater than the amount I charged. Actual cost of postage will be paid only if the item is returned via the same service (e.g. USPS First class or Priority Mail) that I used to send it to you.
If you no longer want the item, or purchased the item in error, I will not refund any shipping charges. Returned items must be returned in the original or a similar carton and packing materials to avoid damage.
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, I am willing to work with you to resolve any issues. Before contacting me, know that I am not trying to scam you or rip you off. Please be courteous. Few of my items are new and, while I try my best to represent the condition of the item, errors and omissions occasionally occur. PLEASE CONTACT ME ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS YOU MAY HAVE WITH YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING FEEDBACK.
