Mug details:

Our mugs are extraordinary in clarity and have vibrant, beautiful colors. Each grade A ceramic mug is done with a dye-sublimation process which consists of a development to actually melt the photo design onto the mug itself. This will give it an excellent reproduction in both color and sharpness.

Keychain details:

Our keychains are extraordinary in clarity and detailed design. Each crystal acrylic keychain contains two professional photos. The photos are printed onto premium glossy paper to enhance the sharpness, color and design and will not fade over time.

Shipping policy

We generally ship within 2 business days.

Shipping and handling info:

All mugs are double insulated packaged for a 100% guaranteed safe delivery.

Each keychain is individually wrapped and will be shipped in an insulated bubble mailer.

Return policy

There are no returns due to custom made products.

However, if damaged in shipping, item will be replaced.
