Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
I have been selling online since January, 1997 so you can be sure things will go smoothly. I never sell anything that is not in excellent or better condition even though all my items are antiques or collectibles and have been around for many years.
Packing is always done with care and it is as important to me that you receive your item unbroken as it is to you so know that it will arrive safely.
I make every effort to find only the most unique and unusual old thing I can possibly find so you never know what will appear in my booth. They are all old, all have stories to tell and have been a part of someone’s life prior to this. I enjoy being part of sending old things on to the next stage in their life.
I can usually ship the next day. Sometimes it will be 2 days from the time payment arrives, but always within 3 days.
Refunds will be made on a case by case basis. My descriptions are always complete and photos are always excellent so you will always know what you’re getting before you decide on the purchase. Questions prior to purchasing are always welcome. If a return is necessary for any reason, the buyer pays return shipping cost.
I accept Paypal and money orders. Checks are welcome too but I will hold items 14 days from the time the check is deposited before shipping.
Delivery confirmation is always included in the cost to ship and the number will be sent off upon my return from the post office. Please make sure your settings are set to notify you when you receive email through Bonanzle.
I am always happy to combine items when shipping but please contact me first as its not set up to do so on its own.
