Shipping policy
Most items ship within 48 hours from when payment is received. Items are shipped through USPS priority mail and arrive within 2-3 days from shipment date. Over the collar dog scarves ship FREE with the use of USPS first class mail.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with an item returns are accepted. Buyer has 10 days from receipt of item to return item for full refund. Buyer will pay the return shipping costs.
