Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!

Booth overview

The handmade items in this booth are hand crafted by Skye. An 11 yo with great imagination and creativity. She is saving up for a vacation in the summer 2013 to go to her Aunts home in Arizona, then to Disneyland, then to Oregon to visit her Grandmother.

All items in this booth are “on hand”. You DO NOT have to wait 3-4 weeks for your items to come to you. I ship within 2-4 days, normally the next day after I get notice from Bonanza or Paypal that item(s) have been paid for. I do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or Holiday’s.

This is a smoke free home. HOWEVER PLEASE NOTE:
We do heat by wood stove and have 1 cat.

Shipping policy

**New Shipping Policy: Due to the change in USPS. If you OVER PAY in shipping by $1.00 or more. You WILL BE refunded the difference in the shipping.

We will ship items out as soon as possible after we receive cleared payment. We do combine shipping on multiple items, however contact us first so we can make sure items can be combined before purchasing. Items are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, Parcel Post or Media Mail. We do not however have control over the length of shipping once we leave it in the hands of the USPS. We will ship only to address from PAYPAL.

Return policy

No Returns, No Refunds! All Items are sold as is. If there is a problem with your item, please contact me within 3 days of receiving the item, so that we can work it out. I will not accept returns for buyers remorse, or for items that the buyer decided that they didn’t like, or it wasn’t what the buyer thought it would be. All my items are described the best they can be and packaged very well. IF I OK an Item(s) to be returned, they are subject to a 25% restocking fee. They must be returned by 5 days from the date they are received according to the delivery confirmation number. If I allow a return, the Buyer will pay for the shipping cost to have the item(s) returned.

Miscellaneous details

Please contact me with any questions or concerns about your item. We expect payment within 7 days, unless other arrangements have been made. We accept PayPal and Money Orders only at this time. We combine shipping, but must be contacted prior to combining to make sure the items can be combined. We ship most items within 2 days after cleared payment has been received, unless there is a holiday or weekend. Sorry at this time we only ship to USA and Canada. Thank you for stopping by.
