Here is where sellers can list any catch-all policies about their booth. If any of this information is essential to the buying process, the seller will also mention that within their item description -- so don't sweat it if you don't make a habit of looking at the details for every booth!
We strive to find items you want and have requested. We carry a wide variety of replacement china & pottery, if you don’t see what you are looking for just ask. Items we look for are vintage, retro, antiques and new! . We look for consumer electronics, household goods, and occasional clothing. Most importantly we do not claim to be experts on any given item. We research our items as best we can to give you a comprehensive description and provide you with many pictures. As we buy our goods at numerous locations, we can never guarantee that they come from a smoke free or pet free environment. We DO however, GUARANTEE that your items will arrive to you only after they have been cleaned. Only exception would be certain vintage or antique items where a patina is better left on – this would be noted in the description. We also take great pride in our customers satisfaction. Payment is expected within 7 days.We accept postal money orders (no party stores please), personal checks with id., paypal, and google checkout. Items paid by check or money order must clear the bank first, this can take 7-10 business days. Google payments seem to take 2-3 business days to clear. We generally ship out items within a 24 hour business day. Please note that we do charge a $35.00 non-sufficient check fee if payment does not clear on personal checks.

Sofy’s Seasonal. This booth houses all the seasonal items both new and used, vintage and modern. Christmas, Halloween, Thanksgiving,etc.
We use USPS and FedEx Shipping. MANY times the calculator will show increased pricing in shipping especially on heavier or larger items. ALWAYS feel free to question us any time at email@example.com. Please email us direct as your Bonanza message may go to your spam and you’ll never know we answered! We will find you the best shipping price available. If you are ever over-charged on shipping we always re-imburse you.
As far as how we package, we do not package lightly in order to save a dollar. Most items will be double boxed. We pride ourselves on getting your purchase shipped out almost immediately, safely and that it will arrive in one piece. Insurance is required on all items for your protection and ours.
When you make a purchase we always email an acknowledgement, and then email again when the item has been shipped to give you all the delivery information. If you use Paypal or Google CheckOut the information will be logged there as well.

Return policyAs a responsible buyer it is up to you to ask all questions prior to buying. We provide as many pictures as possible – always super size photos for greatest details. All sales are considered final unless we ascertain that we have grossly and unintentionally misrepresented our item. IF in the event an item is approved for return, it must be shipped back immediately in same condition, via same delivery method, insurance and packaged the way we sent it. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL RETURN SHIPPING CHARGES.
