Shipping policy
Please ask us about our $12.95 flat rate shipping within the U.S. Examples, if it safely fits in the USPS flat rate box such as up to 18 lbs melt pour soap base, or up to 50 bars of soap, or up to 10 lbs organic black soap, or up to 10 lbs raw shea butter, etc. We are always happy to help save you shipping costs!
Return policy
If for some reason you are not satisfied with a product, please email us and we will do our best to resolve any issues immediately. A store credit will be given or replacement of item. The buyer making a return shall pay for all return shipping costs. Due to hygienic reasons, all bath and body products such as soaps, body scrubs, and bath salts need to be returned unopened. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items if you do not purchase shipping insurance. Thank you.
