Booth overview
My main objective is to treat each customer as if I were that customer. I expect customer satisfaction and great customer service. That is what I will give to each of you as customer’s. I know how much shipping can cost and I hate shipping fees, therefore everything here is free shipping within the Continental United States….The Patina Fire Pits can only be shipped within the Continental United States because of the weight…It would just be too costly too ship.

Shipping policy
I can only offer free shipping to the Continental U.S. If you live in Hawaii, Alaska or Canada please contact me before the purchase for a shipping quote. These are the only areas that I ship to at this time.
I am now carrying a line of Patina Products…Because of the type, weight,etc of this product I can only ship to the Continental United States.
I understand that at check out it is telling you that I have to approve the item…I do this just to make sure the invoice is correct and that if you live in the FREE shipping area You are not charged…
Normally items get shipped same day…but, too always be safe I say items will ship within 3 days of cleared payment.
I do get busy during the Holiday’s and will let you know if and when things slow down or if your item will be delayed.
At this time I can only ship to a physical address. No P.O. Boxes or Military boxes. I hope to get all this changed in the future.
Unfortunately I can not ship to a P.O. Box, APO,FPO…I must have a physical address to do shipping.
Return policy
Please contact me within 3days of receiving item if it is delivered damaged. Please keep all original packaging and if possible take pictures of the damage.
I can not accept returns on: Clothing,Costumes, Masks, annointing oils, perfumes.
Some products may be subject to a 25% restocking fee and all return shipping would be paid by customer.
