Shipping policy

All orders will be processed within 1-2 business days, provided the item(s) are in stock and there are no problems with payment verification. We don’t process orders on weekends or holidays. We only ship Monday – Friday, orders placed on Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

In order to process your order smoothly, we strongly recommend that you use the same address for your shipping address and billing address. Otherwise, your order “MAY” be delayed for further verification.

We offer Free Ground Shipping for order(s) $50 or more, within the 48 contiguous states.

Return policy

We stand behind our products 100% and each item has been carefully inspected by us. However, we’re aware that issues do occur, and we will strive to provide a solution whenever one is needed. Our job is to make sure you’re satisfied with your shopping experience.

Your return/exchange must be received by Zesty Shoes no later than 10 days of delivery. We will ship all exchanges/replacements at NO SHIPPING CHARGE to you.
Product must be returned in its same condition.
Returns on earrings, sale items, and cosmetics are not acceptable for return.

PLEASE NOTE: Zesty Shoes will not accept any returned merchandise unless it is returned in the same condition that it was sent: Unworn and unused with tags still attached. Returned merchandise that is not received in its original condition will not be refunded.

To expedite your return and credit or exchange, please follow these easy steps:

Step 1: Print one copy of your sale invoice and enclose it with your return / exchange item.
Step 2: Place the item(s) in a seal box or envelope.
Step 3: Make sure your name, address, & Bonanza is clearly printed in the upper left hand corner of your return package.
Step 4: Drop the package at any post office.
Step 5: Email us the tracking number of your return/exchange.
Step 6: Allow 2-3 business days for the refund to post to your PayPal account.
