About my account

I look on my credit card statement and I was charge twice for $25 each monthly subcription. They said you can cancel but I don’t see the cancel subcription button. I email support but no answer for couple days now. What can I do to cancel supcription?

I did not ask for my turbo traffic to be cancel it was the webstore I was asking to be cancel. I was saying that the turbo traffic was not activated for my account.

This is an official Bonanza response.

@MultiplexAmerica, we had a look at all of your charges for your account and only found one charge, for TurboTraffic. We have just canceled that service from your account and issued a refund.

In the future, if you sign up for reoccurring TurboTraffic, you should be able to cancel via the page you signed up for the service.

Hello, Ive seen you are not new on here so must be a mistake that should be solved if happened for the first time…There is a button on more options to cancel on your setting account, try it, good luck, lets hope it does get solved. I had a problem; by mistake I opened two account and a Bonanza rep did fix it nicely and rapidly. Have a nice day! rose.
