Does Bonz put a booth on vacation automatically if you haven’t logged in in a while? I run two booths and one hasn’t had sales or additions in a while, so I haven’t had time to get into the account.
I noticed today when I went to check on feedback that the booth was put on vacation mode, but not by me. I didn’t get any notification that this happened, so I’m not sure if it’s a mistake or if Bonz just doesn’t tell you. But I’m guessing that’s one reason the sales there suddenly dried up.

How long is a while…
I do know that at one time it was suggested that if someone reported that a seller had not checked in for several months, that the seller should be contacted by support and the booth put on vacation until it was known whether the seller was still active…
So the question is How long??? And someone may have tried to contact you and did not get an answer
Also, please note that this was a suggestion some time ago (in the old forums), I do not know if it was ever initiated
