because all tobacco related items have to be reviewed to ensure that tobacco is not being sold…it is why I do not bother listing all the souvenir ashtrays my grandmother collected…too much trouble

I have the same problem with a ashtray – perhaps NOT listing it under Cigarette or Cigar would help it along and refer to cigarettes as smokes or something. A glass ashtray and holder seems weird to “trigger” a robot – so it probably has something to do with words used or category selected (that BONANZA suggests).
