Hello. I was trying to start a free trial webstore and somehow it switched to a paid webstore and charged me $255. I can’t get the “support” to answer my repeated emails. I see an option to cancel my webstore. If I do that will Bonanza refund my money?

If you cancel your Bonanza Webstore within the first 14 days, then you should get a refund of your entire amount. The 14-day trial period only applies if this was the first time that you opened a Bonanza Webstore.
So, I suggest you cancel soon if that’s what you want to do. If the refund isn’t automatic, it will soon follow or else Bonanza will make it right — as long as you cancel within those first 14 days.

Remember these tips:
- Use links to other sources to support your opinions
- Use examples where possible
- Put yourself in the inquirers shoes: what extra info would be helpful?
Should I post a comment or an answer?
You can only post one answer, so make it count. Maybe your reply is more fitting as a comment instead?
Post an answer for:
- Replies that directly and specifically answer the original question
Post a comment for:
- "Thanks," "Me too," "I agree," or "Works for me" types of replies
- When you would like the original poster to provide more details
- When you have more to add to someone else's question or answer
