Featured Sellers Game- July 1-15 GAME IN PROGRESS

I will no longer send reminders to those who havent purchased yet. It is every members responsibility to post to the thread who they bought from. If you miss 2 consecutive sessions I will send 1 reminder to make your purchases within 2 days from the last 2 you missed. If you dont do so you will be taken off the list. I will however email each FS to get their list of who has purchased from them and go by that list only and what is posted in the thread. It is just to time consuming for me to remind you each and every session. This is the way it will be from now on and all consecutive terms in the future. Each FS counts on you to make a purchase from one or both of them so please everyone do you part ok. Also if you are due to be a featured seller but havent made your purchase by the last day you will not feature til the next time around-provided you have made all purchases needed to be made.

New signups will open up during the final month in this term so watch for the notice to be posted. It will be in a separate thread from the game thread.

The last few terms were very successful in the game with all featured sellers having several sales! This will be a fun game watching your fellow bonanza friends get sales as well as get sales yourself.

Please note that the $5 minimum purchase is in addition to the shipping cost. So in other words you cant buy a $2 item and $3 shipping and think it counts. It is $5 for the purchase and then shipping on top of that.

Featured Sellers-some sellers have more than one booth. You only need to purchase one item and not from both booths, if the seller you choose has 2 booths.

Please note that these 2-3 featured sellers booths are the only ones you can make your purchase from in order for your minimum to count as a purchase. You can not just pick anyone from the list and purchase from them thinking that it qualifies as your purchase for this session. There has been a lot of confusion so this hopefully will clarify things better. You are welcome to make additional purchases from anyone on the list but you still must make a purchase from one of the featured sellers in order to fulfill your obligation to this group.

1. First: Please read all the rules & be sure this is something you want to commit to before signing up to the list. This is a game that will benefit you over time but it will be a long term game. If you are the type of person that requires instant gratification, this game is not for you. If you are the type of person that enjoys the games, socializing, making sales & having some fun, encouraging others that may get discouraged from time to time,then this is for you!

2. We want to keep this thread & game drama free. If you do not like the rules & do not want to participate, please move on & do not clutter up the forum. If you have true interest in playing & are unsure of something or have an honest question, please b-mail me & I will answer them as I have time & as soon as I can. After that I will clarify any rules that needs to be, based on those questions. There will always be “what ifs” & “maybes” however; we will cross those bridges when we get to them.
Basics:
There will be 2-3 Featured sellers every session. The amount of sellers will be based on the amount of signed up participants. The amount may increase or have to be adjusted over time depending on how many people decide to sign up per term.
Each buyer/seller will be rotated evenly in the order of joining to insure that no one is left out & everyone has a chance to be a featured seller.
The minimum purchase is $5.00 not including shipping (you can make any purchase that totals up to $5 if there is not an exact $5 amount item) If you do not see an item you want or need you may email them to make a $5 donation and thus you have at least fulfilled your purchase requirements.

Rules:
1. To be added you MUST send a b-mail mssg to me including the exact link to your booth, not just post in this thread.

2. You must have items that are $5 listed within your booth or smaller dollar items that add up to $5, & have enough of them to go around to all sellers. If you run out of that price range, I cannot make someone buy a $30 item! If you have more than one qty of items make sure they are listed in your booth & if you sell one re-list it right away in case someone else wants the same item.

3. You must make a purchase during every session from a featured seller. This must be done every session until it is your turn to be featured. You are not required to purchase from every featured seller but if you are able to, I highly encourage it so no seller is left out having no sales. Plus you now have the incentive to do so and get the free advertising for 30 days! Be sure you will be able to commit to buying something every session as well as for the entire length of the term.

4. To clarify “sessions” & “terms”-A session is the 2 time periods during the month in which you must make a purchase from at least 1 featured seller. A Term is the time frame it takes for all participants to be fully rotated thru and have had a chance to be a featured seller.

5. If an emergency arises, it is your responsibility to let me know & let me know why you cannot meet your requirement. Based on the circumstances & your purchasing history, I will then assess weather or not to keep you on the list, or if you will not be allowed to participate in future sessions & or terms.

6. For the purchase, you must make it a minimum of $5.00 not including shipping.

7. You must be able to commit to a full term of how ever many weeks it is until not only you are the featured seller, but until everyone has been rotated thru. This could change based on how many players we have at that time. The max should be approx 4 months.
8. There is a maximum of 24 people allowed to sign up per term (4 months).I will post a notice when it is time to sign up for a brand new term.
9. When you are added, please understand that you will be added to the bottom of the proverbial totem pole. It will be weeks before you are featured.
Sessions will run from the 1st-15th & then from the 16th – 30th of each month. Granted some months are longer, some shorter, so, it will be from the 16th thru the last day of the month in those cases.

10. There will be no cut offs except when the group owner feels the group needs to close to new sign ups. Once this happens you will not be added until I open up sign ups for the next term. The 1st session starts the 1-15th of the month & session 2 is the 16-30th of the month etc… Please note that if you sign up on the 27th day of the month (or 13th day of the month) you must complete your purchase for the current session that is going on.
11. Please trust that I will rotate you based on time of sign up. I will keep a master list in the order of sign up & rotate accordingly.
Multiple Booth owners may sign up all of their booths, however they will all be featured in one feature occurrence. This will give the buyers the opportunity to purchase from any of your booths to meet their requirements. You will NOT be featured more than one time. All featured sellers will feature in the order of when they signed up.

12. About 2 days before the end of your featured session I will need an email that consists of all the participants that have purchased from you as well as if they met their $5 minimum purchase. This is so an email reminder can be sent to those that have not yet completed their purchase. Also so that we can see that this is working & is a profitable, fun game.
13. Since I want to see everyone make at least one sale during their session, if I see that by the end of their session they have had no sales they will be forwarded onto the next session so that they will have a chance to make a sale. This will continue on to each new session until that featured seller has had at least one sale. So with this in mind be considerate of all featured sellers and if finances permits make a $5 purchase from more than one seller if you can-again it isnt required but I will make sure they stay featured until they do have a sale to be fair to everyone. Also each session will have NEW featured sellers just to be clear even if a prior seller is extended due to non sales during their session.
14. I will NOT allow a featured seller that has completed their session ask to be removed from the game or to simply not make any more purchases. Everyone else is abiding by the rules and that is simply not fair to all the others playing by the rules. If I see this happen you will be banned from the game permanately.

16. I am redoing this rule because it is up to each featured seller whether or not they will allow a member who also plays other games to allow a purchase from another game to count as a purchase for this game as well. Each member is responsible to email the featured seller and ask if this is OK. If it isn’t then you have to make a SEPARATE purchase for this game. Please note that by not allowing this you risk not making a sale when maybe that member already just bought from you. They might feel it a common courtesy to allow it to be applied to this game too. Everyone is different and what might be ok for one member may not be ok with another.

17. I will not allow any seller to “switch with another seller” because they are out of town etc…you can see the order of where you are so if you know you have to be gone during your time to feature find someone that can man your booth or let us know in the forum that you will be away for x amt of time and to go ahead and make offers and when you are able you will review offers or get shipping out to your customers and be sure to give an approx time frame. It is your responsibility to plan accordingly. We had a huge issue over this as I was asked to allow a member to switch with another member and they agreed but then I forgot and it just went all bad so to avoid this in the future there is no changing of your featured sellers spot on the “todum pole”. As long as you let the group know you will be gone and instructions on how to place orders and maybe leave a contact phone number or if you have access to a computer while you are gone that is even better. I will allow you to ask another member to check your b-mail for sales and questions that need to be answered but that will not involve me in anyway. You must make those kinds arrangements with a member on your own and if they agree that is fine but I will not be held accountable for any errors if you do this or problems that could arise from this so if you ask another person to “fill in” that is between you and then and I will not be involved.
18. Once everyone has cycled thru and been a featured seller you will have the same opportunity to sign up for another term but I will not hold spots. It will be 1st come, 1st serve.
19. NO COMPLAINING!

Ways you can help to keep this fun!
1. Post to the thread when you make your purchase. You may add pictures of items bought so visually the featured seller’s booth is more appealing. We all like to hear of any special sales going on with a featured seller!

2. If you need something post it so that either the featured seller or the next featured seller has a chance to list it for you & get you something you want or need! You can also b-mail the current featured sellers for any specific requests.

3. Check this list often! The list will be forever changing due to adding new sellers/buyers etc…

4. You may run member only specials, freebies, & deals on the game forum as long as it does not take away from the featured seller’s promotions and sales.
