How do I remove tags from my items?

When I was listing an item I picked out 4 tags I liked. Then I had 2 I changed my mind on, so I unchecked them to add 2 others that would be better. But now I can not get rid of the 2 unwanted tags. I don’t see any delete button for them only to “hide” them. Is there any help for me or am I screwed?

Just hide them..then they will not show….I guess that is essentially the ‘delete’

Drat! So no way to remove them to add new tags. Well that is disappointing. :(

Thanks CindyBear for the help. I guess I have to be very careful what I check.

most people let others do the tagging (as suggestions) and then the seller can approve or ‘hide’ them….

The taggers earn tokens and you don’t have to worry about whether ‘you’ have to worry about them..wasn’t sure if you knew that or not

Here’s a thread of those who like to keep up with tagging stuff

The trick with hiding, do not save.
When approving, you need to verify, when using hide just click and do not verify

oh…and I forgot if you tagged your own..just go back and ‘untag’ it by clicking on it again…totally slipped my mind that you can do that..

Easiest way to remove tags is to go into the listing as if you were going to edit it. Below the text area you’ll see all the tags Bonanza’s system thinks apply to your listing. Just UN-check the ones you don’t want anymore. Save the changes. You’re done.
