Do your paypal labels look different??

Yes just printed one off and it did look different.

I just printed a label this morning and it looks the same. However their sign in page has changed!

Just printed one. Looks smaller and less print.

Maybe they are updating and you are caught in some kind of Matrix!!!!

I ran into a weird thing with PP a while back but it wasn’t this situation. My labels shrunk. They went to almost half the size that they were and I don’t know why.

I hadn’t;
Changed computers
upgraded a browser
switched OS

They just changed sizes on me just out of the clear blue. Had to have my kid help me fix it. Weird

The one I printed yesterday would not let me print without the receipt which I have been doing for a long time. Half of the paper and then turn it around and the other half for the label. Ok so I went into multi label printing for the next and it was fine.
Today I was able to print my 1/2 and 1/2 but it did look different and the P at the top was not in black but simply an outline and the p.o. did accept.
I don’ mind change but hate stupid change.

I printed 2 this afternoon and they were both in the ‘new’ format.

Some info is missing as mentioned before.

One thing that stood out for me is that part of the tracking number used to have the zipcode included and it is no longer there.

Also, at the bottom now, there is an area about 3/4 inch high that’s just a white box. I wonder if it’s ok to cut that off?

I think when I take these two packages to the post office tomorrow, I’ll ask them about all this.

Some of my labels printed small – that was about a month ago. There is some info at the top of the page that says if your labels are too small “click here”. I did – and they went back to the regular size.

Those new labels caught me by surprise last night. While I was getting my shipping done, I noticed 2 of my packages had the new labels. I thought my printer was going all wonky on me.

I’ve noticed in the last few days that when I go to Paypal to ship something that sold on ebay, I’m diverted from Paypal to Ebay shipping automatically. Those labels are as described above, missing info that we’re used to seeing.

When I need to print a label for something I sold here on Bonz, I don’t get diverted but stay on Paypal and the labels look the way they always have.

Ok, I went to my post office today. I took 2 packages to be mailed that had the new labels. I also took a package with me that I rec’d a few weeks ago so I could show the clerk the comparison of the labels.

I pointed out the areas that were missing and I asked about the tracking number that appears under the bar code. I made sure I pointed out to her that the zipcode is no longer in that group of numbers. She told me that the numbers mean nothing to them (??), and that they only go by what the barcode scans.

She then took my 2 packages and said she’s research them in their system and for me to wait a few minutes. (A few minutes turned out to be just over a half hour.) When she came back, she said she entered the numbers (what we know as the tracking number) into their computer and nothing would come back. (DUH, I told her that). Then she said that she scanned the barcode and all appears to be fine. She said my 2 packages will get to their destination and to not worry about them. (I so wanted to tell her that I’m dealing with the post office, and of course I’ll worry about them).

She said that once they reach their destination the packages will be scanned and show up as being delivered.

I made sure I got her name!!!

Dumb USPS?? They don’t have anything to do with PayPal or PayPal’s changes….so don’t know why you’re blaming them!

I printed at Paypal this morning a first-class parcel that had the small print and other changes. Ten minutes later I printed a Priority that looked like the old style. I don’t think the buyers zip code means much as it is not part of the 22-digit number used when tracking or for confirmation.
