Help Please With Listing!

Thanks for your Response..but how do i check support?

When on the Add/Edit item page at the Sell on Bonanza link at the top left, does it show a pale green circle next to your listings or a yellow one? If yellow, then it means you’re missing required fields that need to be filled in — it won’t post to the public with missing fields. If a pale green, then it’s awaiting approval as CCMom mentioned.

I had this happen earlier tonight too when lisitng some items. I think it is a glitch. I tried 3 times to update booth and it would not take. What I did was to go batch edit, pulled up all items READY FOR SALE, selected them all and changed them to FOR SALE and they then showed in my booth. I think it is a temp glitch….try that if you want to list them right away. Worked for me.

@CollectMisc’sbooth…not sure exactly what you mean. I added my listings here and then hit update booth and they would not update to my booth. I tried several times and nothing. So I went to Batch edit…went to filter items and filter by REady for Sale…then clicked on each one I wanted to update/make live in my booth and then went to Set Status and chose for sale and clicked apply changes. They then updated to my booth. Hope that helps. I do not import any of my listings…I list them all myself.

Just had a heck of a time getting things transfered from eBay….all set now thanks to tec help. Thought I was good to go and now find I have two more problems. sigh. Added an item and when I pressed the “add to booth” button, they didn’t even show up at all, not even a pale green button. Also I wanted to change my banner, but that didn’t work either. I’m thinking I should give up on this tec stuff. help (please)
