I am trying to figure out a way to charge $x.xx for shipping a specific item, then if someone orders more of that same item, only adding $0.xx more to the shipping cost. I’v looked at shipping screens for Bonanaza listings, and apparently whatever I set up applies to ALL items in my booth – which won’t work for me.

I can do this on EBay when I create the listing, but not here on Bonanza? Am I missing something?

For instance, buy the item at $2.95 and pay $1.95 shipping. Only pay $0.50 more per item in shipping costs for each additional package you order.

I want this to be item-specific, and not apply to ALL items in my booth when I set it up. Any way to do that?

You can’t do item specific, wish we could. You can put a note in the description, put the item as obo and tell buyers to make an offer so you can adjust shipping if they want to purchase more than one.

Thx! I will make a recommendation to Bonanza support. this seems like basic logic so hopefully they can resolve it for all Bonanza sellers.

You can use two different methods for combined shipping.

Calculated shipping will combine by weight.
Fixed rate items will combine by adding so much extra for each item.

The only problem is they don’t work together. Only with like shipping modes.

I have been using both for the past few years and they work great, with only an occasional oops. When that happens, I just absorb the difference.

It really is too bad that it can’t be done on this site. I quit listing game parts after three games last year (still have 24 incompletes sitting in a closet) as I realized the only person that would buy is the one that was looking for one part only. What A2Z said is about the only way to have it done on Bonanza but alas it is obviously an unnecessary speed bump to many buyers.

I really was not interested in selling one $2.25 item. I was looking for multiple items on one purchase. It was to provide an additional revenue stream while giving my booth greater visibility. Also it would give Bonanza exposure which it is woefully short of.

There are other product lines (along wiht the OP’s) that would greatly benefit if the per item add-on was possible.
