Trio of Turbans World War II era
Vintage crochet patterns for a 1942 Set of 3 Turbans or Head Wraps. "A Trio of Wind-Ups! To go everywhere! Stuff them into pockets, pack them away --they'll still wind into stunning turbans."
Materials required:
Yarn- J & P. Knit-Cro-Sheen
Striped Turban: 1 ball each of Red, Green White and Yellow and Steel Crochet Hook, No. 6.
Mesh Turban: 2 balls of White or Ecru, or 3 balls of any color and Steel Crochet Hook, No. 4.
Mesh Square: 3 balls ow White or Ecru, or 5 balls of any color and Steel Crochet Hook, No. 6.
Gauge:
Striped Turban: 9 ch -1 sts = 2 inches, 4 rows =1 inch.
Mesh Turban: 3 triangles and 3 rows = 1 inch.
Mesh Square: 3 patterns = 2 inches.
