?We deliver worldwide with registered airmail (which is our default shipping method), or with EMS (Expedited Mail Service).

?The delivery time for regular registered airmail is 5-10 business days for Europe and 10-20 business days for the United States, and many oher countries.

Final part of delivery is in the hands of your country's postal service.
Unfortunately, we have no influence over that, nor on possible delays in destination country customs clearance. These may accour as a resault of bad weather conditions or high volume of postal traffic, especially in the pre-holiday period.

?EMS (Express Mail Service) shipping upgrade:
Registered airmail is our default shipping method. If you want to get your item even faster, you can upgrade to EMS shipping service.
This option will add an additional $20 to your order to cover the price of International Express Shipping.
EMS is the most recognizable post service that provides receiving and delivering of express mailings to the addressee?s hands (to the destination) all over the world.

* Please note:
This price is suitable for most of the orders, with jewelry weighing up to 200g ( 0.440 lb ). If your order exceeds 200g, you will be extra charged, in accordance with the difference in weight.
* Leave your phone number for me to fill the EMS express sheet, this is a required option. So the courier will be able to contact with you if you are not home.
Refunds and Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased, you can return it within 14 days upon receipt of the order.
The item must be in the original condition and packaging. The item return shipping costs and any charges that might arise shall be borne by the buyer. We will issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item.
