This item has actually never been used but is missing the cut out little figures that show can used on the heart platform.  This is the Precious Moments 256722 Heart Shaped Wedding Cake Topper Vintage from 1996.  The bottom discolored circle comes from the adhesive used to hold the heart.  Everything looks amazing and would make your day even more special!  Original box included with a little damage as shown in pictures.
