Mine is a pet-loving home, so a stray pet hair is always a possibility. It is non-smoking home, however I often purchase things from estates. I have know way of knowing the conditions under which an item has been stored. If I smell something odd, I will put it in the description! :))

Please note:

1. All measurements are done to the best of my ability.

2. I will try to note the details that I believe are important. There are often times that I am unaware of a detail that it important to my customer. Please, email with your question before bidding or buying.

3. If something is included in the listing, it will be clearly stated. If I don't mention a box, bag, certificate, tag, etc., it is not included.

4.Condition is always one person's opinion. I will list a condition status but please view all of the pictures to help make your own determination and ask questions if something is unclear.

Shipping:

1.Items weighing up to 15 ounces, including packaging, will normally be shipped by USPS First Class Mail.

2.Items over 15 ounces, which have destinations in my postal zone, will normally be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.

3. I try to ship items within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Often items are packed and shipped the same day. Sometimes I cannot ship items on Saturday. 

4. I have been packing and shipping items for over twenty years. I try to ensure the safety of the item to the best of my ability. I use some new and some recycled packaging materials/boxes.Most jewelry items are shipped in padded gift boxes, inside padded mailers.

Returns:

1. Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item. Please be honest when making your return. If you don't like the color, fit, changed your mind, etc., you will need to return the item at your own cost. 

Feedback:

I have an automated feedback setting through. When I receive a positive feedback comment, you will automatically receive one back. It's not because I don't want to deal with you personally but it's time consuming with so many sales.
