We accept returns for any reason, and will pay return shipping for those items returned for cause. Damage claims must be accompanied by pictures of the damaged item in the original packaging for insurance purposes. 

We attempt to describe all flaws as distinctly and accurately as possible. All grades are judgement calls and we therefore provide pictures to more accurately describe the item than we could possibly do in words.
